　　一、发行背景
Background of Issuance

　　根据澳门特别行政区发展及居民休闲娱乐需求，我局结合现代体育博彩习惯，推出特马游戏方案，旨在丰富居民文化生活，提高居民娱乐质量，同时规范市场竞争，促进澳门特别行政区体育博彩产业健康发展。

　　In view of the development and leisure needs of Macao Special Administrative Region residents, our bureau, in conjunction with modern sports betting habits, launches the Special Horses Game scheme. The purpose is to enrich the cultural life of residents, improve the quality of leisure entertainment, regulate market competition, and promote the healthy development of the sports betting industry in Macao Special Administrative Region.

　　二、发行时间
Issuance Time

　　特马游戏方案发行时间为每周的星期三，具体时间为晚上9点30分。

　　The issuance of the Special Horses Game scheme is scheduled for Wednesdays each week, with the specific time being 9:30 PM.

　　三、发行号码与特码
Issuance Number and Special Numbers

　　本次发行的特马号码分别为11、18、48、28、38、32，特码为01。

　　The special numbers issued this time are 11, 18, 48, 28, 38, 32, with the special number being 01.

　　四、游戏规则
Game Rules

　　参与者可通过购买特马彩票参与游戏，彩票号码需与发行号码一致，特码亦需正确。若参与者所购买彩票与发行号码及特码完全一致，则视为中奖。

　　Participants can participate in the game by purchasing a Special Horses lottery ticket. The number on the lottery ticket must match the issued numbers exactly, and the special code must also be correct. If the numbers and the special code on a participant’s purchased lottery ticket match the issued numbers and special code exactly, it is considered a winning ticket.

　　五、奖金分配
Prize Distribution

　　特马游戏的奖金共分为七等，各等级奖金分配如下表所示：

　　六、市场监察
Market Surveillance

　　特马游戏需接受澳门特别行政区警务机构监督，任何违规操作将受到法律处罚。

　　The Special Horses game is subject to supervision by the Macao Special Administrative Region Police Department. Any violations will be subject to legal sanctions.

　　七、法律责任
Legal Responsibility

　　参与特马游戏的各方人士若存在违法行为，将按照澳门特别行政区相关法律法规追究其法律责任。相关法律法规包括但不限于彩票管理条例、反洗钱法等。

　　All parties participating in the Special Horses game who commit illegal acts will be held legally responsible in accordance with relevant laws and regulations in Macao Special Administrative Region, including but not limited to the Lottery Management Regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.

Scheme Interpretation Rights

　　澳门特别行政区政府公共服务局保留对特马游戏方案的最终解释权。

　　The Macao Special Administrative Region Government Service Bureau reserves the final interpretation rights of the Special Horses game scheme.

1. 购买彩票
   Purchasing Lottery Tickets

　　参与者可通过澳门特别行政区各彩票销售点购买特马彩票。购买时需指明购买的特马号码及特码，确保号码清晰可辨。

　　Participants can purchase Special Horses lottery tickets at various Macao Special Administrative Region lottery sales points. When purchasing, indicate the Special Horses numbers and special codes clearly to ensure clarity and recognition.

2. 彩票验证
   Lottery Ticket Verification

　　彩票购买完成后，参与者应核对所购买彩票的号码与特码是否准确无误。彩票一旦出售，不予退换。

　　After the purchase of the lottery ticket, participants should check whether the numbers and special codes on their purchased lottery ticket are accurate. Lottery tickets, once sold, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. 中奖查询
   Winning Inquiry

　　特马游戏开奖后，参与者可通过澳门特别行政区公共服务局官方网站或其他官方授权渠道查询中奖号码。

　　After the Special Horses game prize draw, participants can check the winning numbers through the official website of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government Service Bureau or other officially authorized channels.

4. 奖金领取
   Prize Collection

　　中奖者需携带本人有效身份证件及中奖彩票，前往指定兑奖点领取奖金。奖金领取期限为开奖后60天内，逾期未领者视为自动放弃奖金。

　　Winners must bring their valid identification documents and winning lottery tickets to the designated prize redemption point to collect the prize money. The prize redemption period is 60 days after the draw. Failure to claim the prize within the specified period will be deemed as a voluntary relinquishment of the prize.
